Abstract. The notion of “fragment of a document text” correlates with the term “requisite element” in documentation science and communicative management. Between these two terms of different theory and practices branches the specific relations are formed, based on the right correlations between linguistic variations, on the one hand, and descriptions and forms of the record attributes, presented in standards, as well-known R 6.30-2003, on the other hand. Especially, if we put our mind to the standards chapter regulating content of the records form. Paradigmatic of the written versions, corresponding to forms attributes is analyzed; the influence of intra- and extralinguistic factors is evaluated on the background of stability of the speech versions of attributes, their quality and quantity parameters, presenting specific of the antagonism between linguistic “freedom” and standard’s “cruelty”. The levels of the speech stability for textual fragments, presenting standardized record attributes are shown; structural and nomenclature parameters of the textual fragments as correlates of national standards multifunctional attributes are described from both linguistic and technological points of view. Signs variations, based on extralinguistic grounds and taking place in records are explicated. The main propositions and conclusions of this article have both theoretic and applied value, they could form essential content of intersubject relations between regulating instruments of record-making technologies and textual fragments as units of linguistics and communication.
