Abstract: using a complex approach to the problem the author analyses sentence models with mental semantics. Frequency of representation of mental sphere situations with the predicates of act, process, state and quality is established. The author establishes the dependence of a mode of reflection the situations analysed and their language representation on the ontological characteristics of the situations.
